To compete at the highest level, each of UTEP’s varsity athletic programs relies on additional funding beyond their standard operating budget. Generous contributions from donors play a vital role in enabling our teams to recruit and retain top-level talent, enhance team travel and nutrition, purchase specialized equipment, adopt cutting-edge technology, and cover other essential costs that boost competitiveness and enrich the student-athlete experience.
Excitingly, donations to Sport Excellence Funds now count towards your Miner Athletic Club membership. Every dollar given supports your selected sport and is credited toward your annual giving level, allowing you to make a direct impact while enhancing your membership benefits.
