The Miner Athletic Club, as the fundraising arm of UTEP Athletics, is proud to support Miner student-athletes by designating donations to the Student-Athlete Scholarship Fund. This fund addresses the largest annual expense for UTEP Athletics, with over $10 million spent each year to provide educational opportunities and assistance for approximately 325 student-athletes.

Scholarship costs vary depending on factors like the sport a student-athlete competes in, their residency status, academic year, major, and housing needs. On average, one full student-athlete scholarship costs $32,214 annually. With tuition, housing, books, and other scholastic expenses on the rise, the importance of scholarship support continues to grow.

Every donation to the Miner Athletic Club, whether through philanthropic gifts or ticket-related contributions, directly benefits the Student-Athlete Scholarship Fund. These gifts also count toward your Miner Athletic Club membership, contributing to your total annual giving and ensuring you play a vital role in the success of Miner student-athletes.
