Submit a Project Idea!
Please fill out all required information below. If your application is selected, we'll start with a kick-off meeting to understand your campaign goals. Over the next 8 weeks, we'll help develop the campaign timeline, ambassador templates, marketing materials, and content. Please submit your application 3 months before your desired campaign start date. Note: Funds donated can take 1-2 months to be accessible in a cost center. Must be a gift fund managed by a UTEP faculty or staff member
This is the name of the project you would be fundraising for. Donors will see it on top of the page.
Include the purpose of the project, what the funds will be used for, and how it benefits UTEP.
We recommend project goals between $1,000 and $15,000. (# of supporters x avg. donation = target goal)
List members involved as fundraising ambassadors along with their names and email addresses
Crowdfunding campaigns typically last about 35 days.
